Diocese of Oxford
St Luke's Church is part of the Church of England and the Diocese of Oxford.
The website of the diocese offers lots of useful information about the wider church to which we belong including access to the diocese magazine, Pathways
St Luke's is part of a network of Churches called Inclusive Church and we are committed to being a community where everyone is welcome.
Presence and Engagment
The Parish of St Luke's Maidenhead is a diverse community made up of people of all different faiths and none. We seek to be a positive force in our community, engaging with and supporting other faith communities.
As part of this our parish is defined by the Church of England as a Presence and Engagement parish, supporting us with some of the important questions that arise from living together in a diverse community.
St. Luke's Primary School
Children are an important part of the life of our church and community so we are delighted to have strong links with our local Church of England School, St Luke's Primary School. A team from our church visits the school several times a week leading assemblies, after school clubs and seasonal services. We are also available to support staff, students and families of the school.
The Church of England
St Luke's Church is part of the Church of England. Visit the Church of England website for lots more information on the faith, life and work of the national Church.
Windsor and Maidenhead Community Forum
Here at St Luke's we seek to build understanding, support and friendship in our local community and so we are proud members of the Windsor and Maidenhead Community Forum. From eating together to discussion groups WAMCF offers a wide range of opportunities to get together as people of different faiths to build up our community.
